Kaantli diaries – A walk in the village

Walking higher up to the main village collecting memories, stories, pictures, pine cones and whatever we can lay our hands on. Even a bunch of fresh Bathua. People come out to greet us as we pass by their houses. So much of warmth and love and the sight of fresh spring onions and zucchini blossoms is making me hungry again. But it’s a good 1.5km walk uphill and then 2 km downhill before we reach home.
